Starlight Distillery Carl T. Armagnac Finished Bourbon Whiskey is a decadently finished dram named after Carl T. Huber – the 4th generation family member of the Huber family (of Huber’s Orchard, Winery, and Vineyards, the place Starlight Distillery calls home). Aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred American oak casks, this lavishly crafted bourbon is then finished in select Armagnac brandy barrels, imparting a rich, luxurious, and bespoke character to the whiskey. Aromatic layers of macerated grapes, dark berries, vanilla, and maple greet the nose followed by a palate of caramel, grape jam, leather, baking spice, and cinnamon. A delight from nose to finish.
