Suntory Hakushu 12 Year Japanese Whiskey is a lightly peated Japanese whiskey that’s cousins with Yamazaki. It’s malted barley, soft water from Hakushu, and peat smoke for a bit of smokiness. The result: a smooth, well-balanced whiskey that brings out the best in everything you put with it—we’d recommend a cube of ice.
