Unlike more common “sour mash” recipes, we start with 100% fresh ingredients, including the highest quality Kentucky limestone water. Comprised of 56% Kentucky heritage grown rye, 33% corn and 11% malted barley. It enters the barrel at 100 proof to attain pre-prohibition style rye whiskey. Non-chill filtered.
