“The Prosecco grappa is obtained by distillation of the pomace of Prosecco. It is a young grappa with crystalline colour whose aroma releases the sobriety of the white grape of origin with a light and “sparkling” note of fresh fruit. Its flavour is decidedly clean and refined, almost “crisp” with notes of yeast. It is a very refined product with very light and suave aromatic sensations; the reason why it should be tasted pure in a narrow-neck glass for grappa enthusiasts and in a wide-neck glass for occasional drinkers, at a temperature no higher than 16° C.” -Producer
